Aurelius Advising provides admissions coaching and advisory services for undergraduate and graduate applicants. The scope, schedule, and fees of each engagement are defined in the engagement agreement or correspondence between us and the client family.
Admissions decisions are made solely by the institutions to which a student applies. We provide strategy, preparation, and coaching; we do not and cannot guarantee admission to any program, scholarship, or outcome of any kind.
Our approach is built on authenticity. Students complete their own applications and write their own essays; our role is to advise, structure, and edit in a way that reflects the student's genuine work, experiences, and voice. We do not fabricate materials or write applications on a student's behalf, and we expect clients to represent themselves truthfully to institutions.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, meet agreed timelines, and remain responsible for their own application submissions, deadlines, and institutional requirements.
Fees are set per engagement and are due as described in the engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees for services rendered are non-refundable.
We keep client information and materials confidential as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurelius Advising's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
