Aurelius Advising ("we," "us") provides boutique undergraduate and graduate admissions coaching. This policy describes how we handle the information families and students share with us.
We collect only what you choose to provide in the course of an inquiry or engagement, which may include:
Our website does not require accounts and does not use advertising or marketing trackers. Our hosting provider may collect standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) needed to operate the site.
We use the information you provide solely to deliver our advising services: assessing fit, planning, preparing application materials, and communicating with you. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except for service providers necessary to operate our practice (such as email and document storage), or where required by law.
Much of our undergraduate work involves students under 18. We work with minors only with the knowledge, consent, and involvement of a parent or guardian, and communications regarding a minor client include or are available to the parent or guardian.
We treat all client materials as confidential. We retain engagement materials for the duration of an engagement and a reasonable period afterward, after which they may be deleted. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
